Golf outing will be held at Shale Creek Golf Club, 5420 Wolff Road in Medina.
Date/Time Information:
Registration begins at 8:45 am.  Shotgun start at 9:30am.  Social at 2:30pm followed by dinner around 3pm.

Fees/Admission:
Golf package which includes 18 holes of golf, half a cart, box lunch and dinner is $150 per person.  Dinner package only includes dinner at $60 per person.
